Israeli’s call for Palestinian ‘genocide’, mainstream media ignores the rally.
A massive rally of Israeli’s calling for violence and death to Palestinians has been largely ignored by the mainstream media.
Tensions in the area are at a peak with recent violence from both sides, as the two nations differences seem further away from being resolved than ever.
The news that is broadcast into our homes, and the articles we see on our news feed is heavily edited. This is never more true than when those than control the news outlets have a heavy alliance with a certain group.
We have been mostly fed a narrative which demonstrates that people on both sides want peace, but these recent photos tell a different story.
Pictures which circulated on social media where mostly ignored by the larger mainstream outlets.
The rally contained thousands of Israeli’s who, according to the pictures and reports were calling for more violence, and death to their neighbors.
Looking at the figures for the last year, it tells a story of which side has suffered more loss of life. Since Oct 2016 230 Palestinians have lost their lives in violent clashes, compared to just 34 Israelis.
The rally was organized in attempt to back the actions of an Israeli soldier who was charged with manslaughter after shooting and killing a Palestinian national. The incident took place in Hebron, an area which contains a illegal Jewish settlement and is the source of frequent tension.
Despite the fact that these images where not shared with the world via the usual media outlets, there were reporters at the scene who broadcast the images on social media.
Another reporter who was present took to Twitter to describe the scenes they had witnessed, they said it was more like a ‘celebration of murder’ than anything else.
But don’t be fooled into thinking that this was some underground, alternative rally. Just because we in the West were not broadcast these images, the Israelis were not trying to hide their intentions.
The rally was even attended by some high profile pop stars including Maor Edri, Moshik Afia, and Amos Elgali, and the rapper Subliminal.
Don’t believe everything you see on the regular news channels, there is actually a whole of events going on that are hidden just under the surface.
Crowd chants "Elor the hero" and "death to Arabs." This seems more like a celebration of murder than anything pic.twitter.com/2QHDpIT0LJ
